Nix Launcher is intended for use with Minecraft: Java Edition. You must own a legitimate and legally purchased copy of Minecraft. Nix Launcher does not provide or distribute game files.

Nix Launcher interacts with third-party services, including but not limited to Microsoft and Mojang authentication services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or policies.

4. No Affiliation
Nix Launcher is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft in any way. All trademarks belong to their Outsider.NOC.

5. Limitation of Liability
Nix Launcher is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or system issues resulting from the use of this software.

6. Updates and Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the launcher after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of troubleshooting or support requests, users may voluntarily choose to share relevant information. Any information provided is used solely for support purposes and is not retained longer than necessary.
